About Me
Why I’m Here
I know the power of human transformation. Quite simply, when you change, your life changes.
You can participate in your own evolution.
How It Started
I got my first psychology book when I was in elementary school - a big purple book that said “Psychology for Kids” in bright block letters on the cover. When I asked what it was, I was told that it was a book about studying people - who they are, how their minds work, why they do what they do. I was shocked. “There’s a book about that?!” I felt like I was holding the secrets of the universe in my hands, and that book was a springboard for a lifetime of exploration.
Where It Has Gone
That exploration has led me to places that I couldn’t have imagined back then:
Earning undergraduate and graduate degrees in psychology. (It turns out that there are many, many books about studying people.)
Teaching as core curriculum faculty in a graduate school counseling program.
Pursuing education, training, and extensive personal experience in transpersonal and archetypal psychology, consciousness studies, intuition and expanded sense perception, energetic and spiritual healing, and the mind-body relationship.
Creating and leading successful classes, workshops, therapy groups, and retreats, and giving public lectures on a variety of topics.
